Description
The McSweeny Farms Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report facilitate development of a well balanced community which responds to environmental, infrastructure, and economic realities. Central to the design and layout of the master plan, infrastructure, development standards, and design guidelines is the "Village Concept," which emphasizes the integration of complementary land uses within a cohesive, identifiable, and walkable community. The project includes commercial development, single- and multi-family residential, clubhouse, recreational facilities, cultural preservation sites, parks, open space, and a community intranet.
